Hate change, not sure where to start or what to try that will make all the difference? One to one sessions might be the solution you’ve been looking for. These are perfect if you’re feeling stuck and need a helping hand to change things that aren’t going as well as you would like.


Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, have hit a crossroads in your life or past experiences are affecting how you’re living today, working with me one to one can help you.

I take a Whole-Person approach to coaching. This means that I take a holistic view when I help to guide you through the challenges you face in your life. I’ll help you to improve your physical and mental health by helping you to take specific decisions you may be facing as well as a number of lifestyle interventions that will help you to become happier and healthier. You may be facing some specific financial issues, and I can certainly help you address those, but my emphasis will always be on your health and well-being as a whole rather than just being about material gain.

Our coaching sessions will:


  • Be held in a place where you feel comfortable or even online
  • Have an agenda set by you
  • Help you to identify problem areas and to set goals and targets
  • Keep you focused and on track to meet your goals
  • Keep you motivated to follow through
  • Give you support and encouragement
  • Challenge your current thoughts and habits
  • Help you to prioritise
  • Leave you with a coping strategy that will help you to deal with obstacles and barriers that may crop up in the future
  • Hold you accountable for your own success


Every person and every person’s situation will be different and that means that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. I will draw from a variety of tools and techniques to help you explore how you’re feeling, getting you to where you really want to be.

These interventions might include:


  • Goal setting
  • Relaxation techniques
  • Breathing techniques
  • Challenging your thoughts and thought processes
  • Diary planning
  • Practicing mindfulness
  • Creating a positive mindset
  • Discussions around moving on and acceptance


Coaching may take just a few sessions or last for a longer period of time, depending on a number of factors around what your specific issues are and your readiness and motivation to make real changes in your life.
